Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed will be shipped within 1-5 working days (except holidays and major sales). The order cutoff time at our store is 11:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Detroit). 

We will send you the shipping order number by email within 48-72 hours after your order leaves our warehouse. You can check your order track on the corresponding official website.  You can also send an email to our customer service to help you check the shipping details of your order.

 


Which areas cannot be mailed?

We support mailing services to most parts of the United States. Can it be mailed to a few remote areas? If mail is not available in your area, we will cancel your order and notify you. Please pay attention to check the status of your order?

 


Do I need to be responsible for shipping?

Customers are required to pay shipping costs when purchasing and returning goods. Shipping costs are generally $5.99, free shipping for orders over 29$,and the details will be displayed when you check out.

 


Who is responsible for customs responsibility?

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes applicable to your order. All fees collected during or after transportation are the responsibility of the customer (such as duties, taxes, etc.). Generally, goods with a value of less than US$800 do not need to pay U.S. tariffs.

 


Will it exceed the estimated delivery time?

All items are shipped directly from our warehouse. We need to prepare, inspect and pack. After receiving the payment, we need 1-5 business days  (Mon.- Fri.) to ship the package. We will also notify you by e-mail after the goods are dispatched. Shipping time usually takes 15-30 business days (Mon.- Fri.), depending on the destination country. Affected by the epidemic, logistics will be delayed to a certain extent. please wait patiently.

 


How to track orders?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking query link and tracking number so that you can track your order home! Please wait 1-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system and update the logistics information.

If you try to track a package, but no information is available, it simply means that the carrier has not processed the package. After scanning the package to its system, the tracking event will be populated on the tracking page. If you have not found any useful information for more than 5 days, you can send us an email and our customer service will help you inquire.

Usually, depending on the service you choose at checkout, the order will be delivered within 10-30 working days.

Note: The delivery time does not include the time required to prepare the order before delivery!

 


Will I pay extra customs or tax?


The customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to any sales or use tax, value added taxes or tariffs.
